Retinue Solutions are a specialist workforce solutions provider. We leverage procurement, recruitment, and technology expertise to manage cost, control, compliance and continuity of supply.
We manage a portfolio of NHS Trusts across the UK, coordinating the supply of medical staff in either a managed service or a neutral vendor capacity. We are responsible for ensuring staffing requirements are met, that the supply chain is performing and that the Trust are receiving an excellent service in a financially sustainable way whilst maintaining the Trust’s values.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the role of the Account Delivery Manager is to support the team in the fulfilment of vacancies and administrative tasks with a key focus on client satisfaction and process adherence.
Proactively contact supply chain in relation to outstanding vacancies to achieve target fill rates
Provide progress updates to both clients and agencies via phone, email and face to face
Attend client calls to discuss any challenges, forward planning, solutions etc.
Negotiation with clients and agencies on start dates, rotas, accommodation if required to fill vacancy
Negotiation with agencies on pay and commission rates to achieve rate targets
Issue and query resolution received from client, supply chain and internally
Complete projects of data entry into system, excel etc.
Work with internal teams to ensure compliance documentation is in place and valid before candidate attends assignment and payment queries are addressed
People and the relationships that you build are at the heart of this job, so you will need to be a confident and effective communicator and capable of interacting with a range of audiences. As well as being results focused, you’ll need to make sure you provide an excellent level of customer service. Excellent communication skills are absolutely vital in this role and the ability to develop and build relationships will be key.

You will need to be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Whilst experience of working in a similar role is desirable, we will offer full training to support your development.
