Mitie have a fantastic opportunity for a Claims Coordinator to join their Support Team located in Leeds. This role will see you work on a nationwide major Tesco contract for Cleaning, Environmental and House Keeping services. Mitie are the UK’s leading Facilities Management company that pride themselves on providing an outstanding and innovative service that supports their clients.

This exciting role will see you take ownership of the accident claims process from start to finish. This is a key role that involves monitoring, recording, analysing and reporting claims into a risk assessment document. Tasks include making sure all required documents are received, checked and signed off appropriately. You will maintain and update weekly reports, ensuring compliance procedures are met.

We are looking for a focussed self starter with an eye for detail that can solve problems and meet strict deadlines. You will have experience of analysing data and advanced Excel skills. It would be an advantage if you possess previous claims experience. To be successful you’ll need a strong desire to succeed and an ability to manage your own working day.
