Are you an experienced complaints handler? Orbit has a great opportunity for a Customer Relations Account Manager to join their close-knit team in their Coventry Office. Orbit are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide first class customer service, setting a benchmark for their colleagues to follow through high quality and efficient complaints management.
You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day complaints management processes and will also manage escalated complaints covering a range of areas from property repairs to anti-social behaviour.  Many of these cases will require investigation, including the potential for challenging conversations with executives, MP’s and Councillors.  When these investigations are completed you will be responsible for delivering findings and conclusions in a formal and appropriate response can be delivered.
About you
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a real passion for resolving complex queries.  We will need you to be able to show a detailed background in complaints escalation and handling and be able to demonstrate a range of case studies where you have investigated and resolved complex, escalated complaints. 
Exceptional communication and empathy skills are essential for this role.  You will be dealing with potentially highly emotive cases and will need to listen and absorb the views of a range of parties to help these cases reach conclusion.  The ability to communicate well in writing will also be crucial.
Experience in dealing with executive complaints is preferred but not essential for this role.
