Resourcing Group Futures are currently managing the recruitment for Threshold Housing Partnership’s Organisational Transformation Programme and are looking for dynamic and motivated Housing and Support professionals to join them in achieving their planned vision.
The new structure went live this month and has seen a huge change across all pre-existing services and the creation of innovative and highly specialist service functions. Their desire to build and invest in a strong workforce who are able support, empower, and motivate vulnerable clients to make positive changes and work towards sustainable independent living is at the heart of this transformation.
The Customer Support Worker will form an integral part of the Great Lives Service which is the Engagement and Support services arm of Threshold. This side of Threshold is responsible for providing skilled interventions for Threshold customers to help them achieve their aspirations and enjoy sustained outcomes.
Working as part of a team, the Customer Support Worker will be responsible for providing a responsive wellbeing service to vulnerable clients and will be delivering housing related support and advice and guidance to customers. This role works side by side with Threshold’s Pathway and Key Working teams to ensure that high quality inspirational and motivational support is provided.
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of case co-ordination for customers, the ability to assist others in identifying desired outcomes and milestones, always encouraging customers to make informed decisions and achieve greater independence. A background in Supported Housing and/ or Information, Advice and Guidance would be ideal.
They are seeking like minded, passionate people with a ‘can do’ attitude who can come in and make a real difference to the services, and most importantly, the clients who use them.
