Orbit has a great opportunity for a Development Administrator to join our Property Investment Directorate to provide effective administration support to the development services team ensuring proper performance of all development activities.  This is a varied role with duties ranging from establishing and maintaining effective systems for filing and record keeping to coordinating arrangements for meeting and committees, formal minute taking and the instigation of any follow up action required.  You will also be responsible for compiling statistics, routine returns and reports.

To be a strong applicant, we are looking for excellent communication skills both written and verbal with evidence of customer focus in previous posts.  You will be with a basic level of literacy you must also have good IT skills including word and excel and be experienced with data entry and databases.  You will be well versed with office administration systems and have typing skills to RSA 1 or equivalent.
