There is a real emphasis on increasing client participation in making their own choices and engaging in the service in order to take responsibility for their future

The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of working with vulnerable clients this can come from a range of specialisms including supported housing, domestic violence, counselling, community engagement, youth, mental health, substance misuse and offender services (including prison and probation based).

They are seeking like minded, passionate people with a ‘can do’ attitude who can come in and make a real difference to the services, and most importantly, the clients who use them.
