Orbit is one of the UK’s leading Housing providers and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Estate Team Manager located in and around the Surrey areas. Working in the Estate Services team, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Operatives.

This role will see you work closely with the team to ensure the delivery of a high quality cleaning and grounds maintenance service to the communal areas of Orbit’s developments across the south of England, and predominantly the Surrey area.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and reliable person, with strong people management and communication skills.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence to drive and travel across multiple Orbit schemes.
