Homes for Haringey have an exciting opportunity for a Feedback Team leader to come on board and provide effective management of the Feedback Team. Your role will be to ensure all staff are recruited, trained, managed, appraised, supported and developed in accordance with internal and statutory procedures. You will also be accountable for leading and managing a team of Feedback Officers in the delivery of an excellent joined up service to complainants and the effective resolution of complaints through Homes for Haringey’s Feedback scheme.

To be a good fit to this role we are looking for an excellent communicator who can effectively lead a small team. The ideal candidate will be customer focussed with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage and communicate at all levels. The feedback team take on all Homes For Harringey escalated and senior level call enquiries, as the Feedback Team Leader your role will also involve reporting monthly figures and writing reports. Therefore it is a requirement that you possess excellent excel and report writing skills.
