Homes for Haringey has an excellent opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor to join the team.

This role will require you to provide expert specialist fire safety leadership, management, support and advice across the department. You will ensure fire safety is inspected, managed and maintained in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and any other appropriate Health and Safety legislation.
 
This post will also require you to be responsible for identifying all fire related risks and issues across the portfolio and design, arrange and oversee the necessary remedial actions and work packages.

About You
We are looking for a knowledgeable Fire Risk Assessor who is capable of carrying out Type 1 & 2 assessments. You will be an all rounder and a building surveying/control background would also be favourable.

To be a good fit to this role you will come on board with good communication skills and a solid FRA background preferably within a social housing setting. You will also possess extensive knowledge of the Regulatory Reform Order (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
