Notting Hill Genesis Quality team have a new vacancy for a Heat Network Performance Manager. This is a varied and exciting opportunity to make a real impact. The Heat Network Performance Manager will play a leading role in delivering cost effective, low carbon heat from Notting Hill Genesis’ heat networks.

The duty holder will liaise closely with the O&M contractors and take an active role in diagnosing and resolving performance issues using their own expertise and instructing consultants and contractors. Activities will include analysing the performance of heat networks to identify where improvements can be made and recommending and implementing measures to improve network efficiency and / or project managing capital improvements. In addition, the Heat Network Manager will support Notting Hill Genesis’ development project managers and their consultants with the design, installation and commissioning of new heat networks and provide expert advice and guidance

About you
We are seeking a forward-thinking engineer, with project management skills to match. You will have an interest in environmental and social issues, to help us maximise the potential of our heat networks.  Your role is pivotal and will involve liaising with stakeholders and agencies inside and outside of the business issuing solutions. You will also lead on project managing the delivery of a range of interventions and ensure data is analysed to continually maintain high standards of performance. To be a good fit to this role you will be able to think on your feet and possess a methodical approach. Strong engineering skills are also a must with a good understanding of heat networks and the ability to resolve complex challenges.  This role will involve some travel between offices and schemes.
