We have an excellent opportunity for a Housing Assistant to join our Neighbourhoods team located at one of our West London offices. This is an exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis as we enter a period of change following our recent merger. This role will see you support the Property Services Manager and Resident Services Officers in providing high quality housing management, including: answering customer enquiries, email, dealing with tenancy issues, managing the reception desk and liaising with contractors.
This role provides fantastic opportunities for someone who is looking to grow and develop a career in housing.
We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships and provide an excellent service to our customers. You will be an innovative thinker with an ability to be adaptable in a busy and ever changing environment. This role requires someone who has IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office and Word and be able to navigate around systems.
The hours for this role are 35 hours per week, working Tuesday – Friday, 10am – 6pm and Saturday’s, 9am – 5pm.
