Notting Hill Genesis is currently recruiting for a new and exciting role within their Human Resources team for a HR Advisor.
This role will require you to work with the HRBP to ensure that an efficient and quality HR service is provided to your business areas to support achievement of business/ functional goals.

You will also coach, develop and provide technical and professional advice to managers and staff, ensuring that statutory legislation requirements, appropriate policies and procedures and good practise are applied at all times, allowing managers to manage their teams effectively and minimising business risk.

Partner with Senior / Business Managers to achieve business goals through a delivery of effective and efficient HR service. To deliver a proactive, consistent, reliable, customer focused service that ensures value for money.

About you

Notting Hill Genesis has recently integrated following the recent merger, opening up an opportunity in the HR team. The HR Advisor post will offer a unique chance to be involved in different parts of this leading housing organisation including the Corporate, Housing and maintenance functions to help free up HR capacity. You will be required to pick-up complex ER matters, and be involved in supporting local restructures and change management (including TUPE).  To be a good fit to this role you will be someone who can quickly build credible working relationships, influence senior managers and have comprehensive knowledge of employment law. In addition to proven experience in efficiently and commercially handling complex casework, you will possess excellent organisational skills and a good understanding of safeguarding.

Please note- the role may involve some travel to other office locations.
