We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Officer to work in our Human Resources team based at our Head Office in Camden. This is an exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis as we enter a period of change following our merger.

This role will be instrumental in the delivery of our new business processes across a number of the corporate NHG Directorates. The HR Officer will be fundamental in the administrative aspects of the integration of our systems and processes.
 
This role will initially focus on assisting the HR Advisors with the integration of the systems previously used by Notting Hill and Genesis Housing. The HR Officer will develop knowledge and understanding of the heritage Notting Hill HR processes and systems (i-Trent).  The shared HR team are moving towards a single system and set of policies and procedures over the coming months so this a highly important role to ensure synchronisation and collaboration.

We are looking for someone who can quickly build working relationships and work alongside senior managers. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and systems and have proven experience in efficiently handling complex casework.
 
This is a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure to integration/change management, and play a part in the development of the HR team.

The hours for this role are 35 hours per week. Please be aware this post will be offered as fixed term contract until December 2019. The role may involve some travel to other office locations.
 
The salary for the first 6 months is £27,843. Following a successful probation the salary increases to £30,937.
