We are currently recruiting for a HR Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team on a permanent basis.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to help define and design the structure of the Orbit's HR system. You will be joining our team as we embark on a full HR system transformation, and implement a new cloud based HR system. You will be the solution lead to deliver this area of our wider transformation project.
Reporting into the Head of Architecture and Strategy, we are looking for someone innovative, with a deep understanding of HR systems architecture, who will collaborate with colleagues to ensure that our final product is fit for purpose across the whole end to end platform.
For this vital role we need a strong communicator who has the ability to research, evaluate and advise on emerging technologies, and assess their suitability. Your experience will need to include delivering a new HR platform; as well as comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics/Workday and Office 365.
