Creating engaging and enticing job advertisements
Sourcing candidates across UK and European job markets
Matching candidates skills and abilities to a range of vacancies
Conducting phone interviews to find the best potential talent
Managing candidates through our recruitment processes
Planning and co-ordinating interviews and assessment centres
Building your own talent networks and talent-pools
Communication with candidates throughout all steps of the recruitment process
Thinking creatively about how to find, reach and engage candidates
Partnering with recruitment teams, hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience

Very good level of spoken English – C1 or above
