Junior Recruiter

Job Description

As a Junior Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work with our major nGAGE recruitment brands in several exciting business sectors - IT, Automation, Renewables, Engineering and Automotive. No previous experience is necessary as long as you are a good communicator, tenacious, love engaging with people and are motivated to deliver a first class service to our candidates. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best recruitment experts across Europe. In time, you will become a talent guru and subject matter expert yourself thanks to our training and mentoring initiatives. You will be responsible for managing your own business area and vacancies which would suit anyone who is a self-starter and who likes to take ownership/responsibility for their own work. You should have an excellent command of English (C1 or above).

Main Duties

Creating engaging and enticing job advertisements
Sourcing candidates across UK and European job markets
Matching candidates skills and abilities to a range of vacancies
Conducting phone interviews to find the best potential talent
Managing candidates through our recruitment processes
Planning and co-ordinating interviews and assessment centres
Building your own talent networks and talent-pools
Communication with candidates throughout all steps of the recruitment process
Thinking creatively about how to find, reach and engage candidates
Partnering with recruitment teams, hiring managers and internal stakeholders

Very good level of spoken English – C1 or above
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain flexible while keeping a positive attitude and open mind
