Notting Hill Genesis has a fantastic opportunity for a part time Lead Project Worker to join our team providing support in Great Dunmow at our Grove Court scheme.
Notting Hill Genesis s a prominent housing related support provider in the Older People Sheltered services in the East Essex area. We have recently undergone an ambitious change programme in our services. The aim of the new service is to ensure that our sheltered Older People customers achieve their own goals and aspirations through the support and encouragement of our staff.
This is an exciting time as we are recruiting to several roles across Essex. The primary focus of our services is to support our sheltered Older People customers in a range of areas including improving independent life skills and building stability in their life.
As a Lead Project Worker, you will provide excellent person centred support (and care) to our customers to promote their wellbeing and sustainable independence. You will use your specialist expert knowledge to provide support for customers with more complex needs. Experience of managing staff is essential as you will lead teams and be required to mentor or train where necessary.
Where relevant, you will manage a small team of front line workers supervising and supporting them to deliver excellent quality services to our customers including housing management services.

The annual salary for this Project Worker role is £22,145 pro rata. Actual salary will equate to £11,356. You will be expected to work 20 hours per week.
You must have a UK Driving License for this role.
