We are actively recruiting an experienced individual to join our growing team as a Lead Project Worker to provide housing support in the Waltham Forest area of East London. If this is of interest then we would love to hear from you…
You will be based at our Baytree Court scheme. We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic individual to join and lead a team of up to 3 Project Workers. This role will see you working with and providing support to older people.
We are looking for kind, compassionate and organised individuals who enjoy flexible working and operating as part of a team in this key and important function within Notting Hill Genesis.
It is essential that you have experience in a housing support function and have had exposure to working and assisting older people or similar. You will have had exposure of working with customers in supported housing and will have experience of lone working and working as part of a team.
This role will be offered as a full time post and you will work on a flexible rota basis.
we provide support services to older people who have various health and support needs who live with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, stroke injury, brain injury, low to moderate mental health issues, learning disability, physical disability or other mobility problems.
