Mobile Services Supervisor x3
Location: Haringey, London
Salary: £22,377- £23,607per annum
Contract: 1yr Fixed Term Contract, Full time – 36 hrs per week
Homes for Haringey have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Services Supervisor. We are looking for a leader to supervise and assist a small team in carrying out both intensive and general cleansing of communal internal and external estate areas across the borough.
This role will see you supervise a small team of mobile service operatives. As a team you will travel in a van to local locations in and around the borough, fulfilling a number of duties to include; collection and transportation of belongings, goods, refuse and other items, from offices, stores, sheds, garages, voids and residential properties for storage, use or disposal.
We are looking for a strong leader with previous experience gained in a similar role. You will be driven and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams to achieve the best outcome for our residents, Homes for Haringey and for the Council.
You must have a full clean UK driving licence for a minimum of a year, and be willing to undertake the council driving test (candidates who already have a council driving licence do not need to take this test)..
