We are seeking individuals, of either graduate calibre or who have a minimum of 12 months administration experience to join a new and exciting project that we are launching. In order to meet the ongoing demands of our customers we are seeking organised and customer focused individuals to join us and administrate some of the thriving accounts that we need to manage as well as book interviews and agree new work placements with candidates and clients.  Daily duties will include:
  • Updating candidate CV’s ready for submission to clients
  • Utilising online systems to present candidates CV’s and compliance documentation to clients
  • Providing regular feedback and updates on job vacancies to prospective candidates
  • Working on job vacancies to secure interest from candidates whilst matching the needs of the clients
  • Liaising with clients about available candidates and setting up interviews
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and debriefing them post interview
  • Database management for both candidates and clients
                                                  
To excel in this role you will ideally be graduate calibre or have a minimum of 12 months administration experience. You will be an organised and customer centric individual who thrives in building and adding value to our existing relationships with candidates and clients both by email and over the phone. Due to the fast paced and varied nature of the role you will have excellent time management skills, have good attention to detail and be highly organised.
