Notting Hill Genesis has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Worker to join our Mental Health Service providing support at our scheme in Waltham Abbey.
The primary focus of our services is to support customers in a range of areas, including improving independent life skills, finding employment, recovery from addiction and building stability through a range of social activities. A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to suitable long-term accommodation appropriate to their needs.
Our Project Workers are responsible for delivering excellent outcomes focused support for our customers with varying needs and requirements. They are also responsible for delivering an excellent housing management service.
Although previous supported housing experience would be suitable for this role, we are also looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people’s lives. We want to find motivational individual’s that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable people and delivering a person-centred service.
Please be aware this role will be offered as fixed term contract until 30th September 2019. There is a possibility of extension and permanent opportunities.
The annual salary for this Project Worker role is pro rata to £8,424 per annum. The hours are 18 hours a week, working 3 shifts a week and alternate weekends.
