Notting Hill Genesis has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Worker to join our Mental Health Service providing support in East Hertfordshire. You will be primarily based at Brickendon Lane in Hertford but will provide floating support to areas including Buntingford, Hertford and Ware.

This is an exciting time to join Genesis as we are recruiting to several roles across the Hertfordshire region. The primary focus of our services is to support customers in a range of areas, including improving independent life skills, finding employment, recovery from addiction and building stability through a range of social activities.  A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to suitable long-term accommodation appropriate to their needs.

In various locations, our Project Workers are responsible for delivering excellent outcomes focused support for our customers with varying needs and requirements. They are also responsible for delivering an excellent housing management service.

Although previous supported housing experience would be suitable for this role, we are also looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people’s lives. We want to find motivational individual’s that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable people and delivering a person-centred service.

You will need a full UK driving License for this role. Work mileage will be expensed.  

The annual salary for this Project Worker role is £17,745. The full time hours are 39 hours a week.
