We are looking for a Residential Assistant who  will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of our customers and security of our scheme at night. Located across 7 schemes in the Bury St Edmunds area, you will work in accommodation based environments that support single homeless people who may have experienced drug, alcohol, substance misuse problems, and/or have varying support needs.
 
The primary focus of our schemes is to support clients in a range of areas, including finding employment, recovery from addiction, and building stability through a range of social activities.  A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to more suitable long-term accommodation, appropriate to their needs.

Notting Hill Genesis Care & Support is one of the largest providers of housing related support to single homeless people within Suffolk.  We have recently undergone an ambitious change programme within several of our schemes across the county.  The aim of the new services, is to ensure our customers achieve their goals and aspirations through the support, encouragement and guidance of our staff.
