Notting Hill Genesis has a fantastic opening for a Responsive Repairs Manager to join their DLO team. This exciting role is at the forefront of improving the repairs service provided to their customers located across multiple London areas. The DLO team is currently delivering the service through 41 operatives, employed directly through Notting Hill Genesis .
Reporting into the Head of Responsive Repairs, you will lead and manage the strategic operations of the Responsive Repair service, ensuring a high standard of customer service is achieved. The Responsive Repairs Manager will play an integral part within the Notting Hill Direct Senior Management team, ensuring performance and financial targets as well as customer satisfaction are met.
We are looking for an individual who is experienced in managing repairs delivery through a direct employed work force. To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate a wealth of experience in managing a team of in house repairs maintenance or from a contractor background. You will have the analytical and budgetary experience to successfully manage significantly large budgets and high volume property-based transactions. This role requires someone who can monitor and improve workforce productivity and performance management.
