This exciting role will see you assist the Sales and Marketing Team providing administrative support for the sales launches, reservations, exchanges and completions. This is a key role to ensure checking, signing and sealing of legal documentation is completed and compliance procedures are adhered to correctly. Reporting into the Sales Director, this vital role will require accuracy and an eye for detail when keeping the sales report up to date. 
 
We are looking for a highly organised and focussed individual with a proven track record in administration. This role requires a self motivated individual who is able to work independently and be able to prioritise workload. To be successful you’ll need to be proficient in Excel, word and other Microsoft packages. It is ideal rather than essential to come from a property background.
