This role plays a key role across various industries and markets using the YSC suite of services.
The incumbent will be required to travel across the region, as well as globally, from time to time.
Developing a core number of strategic, lasting client partnerships – deepening current client relationships and acquiring new clients while ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery across a range of clients, especially in the private equity market.
Continuing to develop the YSC brand in the South East Asian market.
Providing thought leadership about the local, regional and global talent needs relevant to our client base in the region.

experience in our field.
The successful candidate will have relevant and extensive experience in leadership strategy,
assessment and development work in consulting firms,
demonstrating deep insights and fluency in the industry.
Individuals with an entrepreneurial or pioneering spirit
who are skilled at developing business, bringing great insights to clients, collaborating, relationship building and thinking flexibly thrive at YSC as do people who are comfortable with ambiguity, have an inquiring, innovative mind, and a strong learning orientation.
Proactively building a depth and breadth of relationships with clients in the corporate sectors, through solid delivery and Business Development across a range of YSC offerings.
Collaborating with regional and global client directors to maximize opportunities across the firm.
Strengthening YSC’s brand in market by contributing to thought leadership.
Contributing to the growth of the office by managing associate / team relationships as required.
Key Skills And Personal Characteristics
Tuned into the external market.
You should have a Post Graduate qualification in psychology, behavioural science, business management or a related field with experience in the following:
Strategy and/or organisational.
Leadership assessment and development.
Workshop design and facilitation.
Diversity and Inclusion.
You should have a Master’s degree or above in psychology, a behavioural science or a related field, a background in business and experience in several, if not all of the following areas:
Developing leaders and high performing teams
Deep psychological assessment of senior leaders and executives
Workshop design and facilitation
In addition, a proven track record of developing new business, building networks and forming strategic, lasting partnerships and successfully managing clients and stakeholders at the most senior levels of organizations will be an added bonus.
