Senior Engagement Worker
Salary £24,990

Resourcing Group Futures are currently managing the recruitment for Threshold Housing Partnership’s Organisational Transformation Programme and are looking for dynamic and motivated Housing and Support professionals to join them in achieving their planned vision.
The new structure went live this month and has seen a huge change across all pre-existing services and the creation of innovative and highly specialist service functions.  Their desire to build and invest in a  strong workforce who are able support, empower, and motivate vulnerable clients to make positive changes and work towards sustainable independent living is at the heart of this transformation.
The Senior Engagement Worker role will form an integral part of the Great Lives service which is the Engagement and Support services arm of Threshold. This side of Threshold is responsible for providing skilled interventions for Threshold customers to help them achieve their aspirations and enjoy sustained outcomes.
You will be responsible for the delivery and quality of support related work which is externally commissioned or awarded, or which is funded by any other arrangements. You will be responsible for the line management of the front line staff assigned to the service, including induction training, supervision meetings, performance reviews, disciplinary matters, monitoring annual leave, sickness, absence, and staff welfare.
You will be planning and coordinating service delivery, and working within your team to ensure that clearly defined outcomes are delivered for customers and that appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Working collaboratively with the Service Manager, and other central support staff within Threshold, you will deliver the contracted performance requirements, providing data and statistical returns as required.
They are seeking like minded, passionate people with a ‘can do’ attitude who can come in and make a real difference to the services, and most importantly, the clients who use them.
The future of the organisation is bright, and getting on board with Threshold at any level currently is going to be a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop an exciting and innovative career path.
