Senior Income Management Officer
Salary: £36,711 - £39,774
Location: Station Road Office
Hours: 36 hours per week

We’re looking for a confident, self-motivated Senior Income Management Officer to plan and support a team of Income Management Officers. You will lead and direct the performance of the team who are responsible for the collection of rent from all types of tenure and associated miscellaneous income to the organisation.
You will be a strong leader with experience of working in a fast paced and varied environment and be capable of maximising productivity within the team. You will be target driven with the motivation to achieve results. You will provide training and motivate staff to ensure they are appropriately supervised.
You will have a detailed understanding of housing, welfare benefits, and other policies, regulations or incentives to maximise tenants’ income.
You will have a thorough knowledge of rent recovery and be able to demonstrate how you can assist in achieving outstanding collection performance despite the increasingly tough economic conditions.
