Senior People Development Consultant
Location: Garden Court, Coventry
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 Pro Rata (£28,800 - £32,000 per annum)
Part time, 29 hours per week, Permanent

This role will support the People Development Manager to lead the planning and implementation of a wide range of projects to deliver key talent and engagement initiatives across Orbit. You will project manage initiatives covering coaching, engagement, leadership development and talent management (including systems implementation).
As a Senior People Development Consultant you will work independently, delivering against deadlines whilst using initiative to solve problems and find solutions. You will build effective external relationships with stakeholders to ensure budgets, tasks and customer satisfaction targets are met.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a pragmatic and ambitious professional looking to put their expertise and flair into a customer focussed and forward thinking team. You will be experienced in introducing and delivering business developments and initiatives. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator who can come into the People Development team and ‘hit the ground running’. Our approach to partnering the business means organisation, resilience and analytical skills are all qualities that a successful Senior People Development Consultant will need.
Please be aware this role will be offered as a part time role, working 4 days a week.
