We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Team as we take the lead in driving the improvement agenda at Homes for Haringey. As an organisation we are continuously developing and striving for excellence in all that we do and are looking for people who share that approach.
The Asset Management Team strive to improve delivery and change across the organisation to help meet our key outcomes and targets and are looking for people to join us who share our vision. As a Senior Project Manager you will manage a programme of capital/PPM works to Haringey council housing stock, ensuring that contract conditions are complied with and that budgets and timetables are adhered to. Part of your role will also include being responsible and manage staff within the partnering team to ensure the programme delivery.
We are looking for someone with previous project and staff management experience. You will also be able to demonstrate a good understanding of Local Authority/HA, Housing, Major works and is technically proficient in social housing issues. A strong communicator with relationship building skills will play an essential role to effectively leading your team.
As a Senior Project Manager we would embrace your approaches and insights to ensure Homes for Haringey and its residents receive value for money from the services we provide. An M&E background is also desirable but not essential.
Homes for Haringey manage Haringey Council's housing stock of 16,000 tenanted homes and 4,500 leasehold properties. It also has an in-house repairs service (Haringey Repairs Service) which carries out around 60,000 repairs to council homes every year and is also responsible for managing and preventing homelessness in the borough.
