Passionate about helping vulnerable people? We need you!
NHG’s Care and Support department deliver homes for thousands of people who face challenges in today’s housing climate. Our residents include people who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs as well as older people, and those who have experienced homelessness or struggle with managing issues like substance misuse and offending behaviour. We strive to ensure that, regardless of need, our residents can lead their lives at home with dignity, in safety and in control.
We are now recruiting to our key frontline Supported Housing Assistant role.
Our Supported Housing Assistants provide support to Supported Housing Officers who are responsible for 45+ residents. If you have experience working with older people, perhaps as a support worker, we can give you the tools and training required for the housing management aspects of the role. This is a perfect first role in housing management; we are looking for people with the right set of skills regardless of their previous housing management experience.
