Transitions Manager (G)
£ 56,650 per year Permanent - Full time 39.00 hours per week
Notting Hill Genesis has a fantastic opening for a Transitions Manager.  The postholder will lead operational change management across Notting Hill Genesis’ Care and Support services across London and South East England. As a business with a track record of responding well to sector wide changes this is an especially exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis as we enter a period of change following our recent merger. Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will oversee the delivery of operational change for existing services as well as  bringing new services in to management. You will provide detailed advice, support and leadership on major service restructuring and business wide changes. The Transitions Manager will also oversee programmes of work to deliver rapid solutions for services struggling to meet performance standards.
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate a broad range Care and Support expertise and experience in change management. This role requires someone who can provide strong leadership, lateral thinking and a creative flair to find solutions to complex service delivery challenges. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and the relationship management skills necessary to develop and maintain effective partnerships at a senior level internally and externally to the organisation.
The hours for this role are 39 hours per week. The role will involve some travel to NHG Services.
