Could you be our Treasury Security Analyst?

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is one of London’s leading Housing Associations. We provide homes to around 170,000 people in some 55,000 properties across the capital and a further 9,000 in the south east of England.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Treasury Legal team for a self-motivated, organised and driven Treasury Security Analyst. This role gives a unique perspective into the world of Corporate Finance.
This role will include, but is not limited to, managing valuations, keeping the Treasury Property Asset Register up to date, assisting in charging matters, providing feedback on s106 documentation for existing and proposed schemes. You’ll be working with colleagues across Notting Hill Genesis, as well as key external partners such as our lenders, solicitors, valuers and trustees.

You’ll be highly organised and self-motivated – someone who thrives on multiple deadlines and finding solutions. This role requires a strong familiarity with standard office packages, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.  You will have excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to adapt communication style to suit the audience.

To take advantage of this opportunity you will have excellent knowledge of, or experience in securing debt finance / conveyancing / real estate and have expert understanding of land titles.

This is a permanent role. The role is structured on two levels. A successful candidate is expected to reach Level Two within two years.

In return we offer you generous annual leave plus bank holidays, health cash plan, season ticket loan, tenancy deposit loan, cycle 2 work scheme, childcare vouchers, life assurance and a generous contributory pension offer.

If this sounds like the challenge that you’re looking for, then we’d love to hear from you.
